Fairy Tail 369 gets really interesting, as it seems that Midnight had cast a magic by which it had put everyone into an illusion by which Zero had appeared and Jellal was seemingly killed, however after Jellal crushed his own eyes, he appeared to have broken the illusion to which he seems to be alive.
